Can beliefs produce results?

I believe in vitamins. I’ve tested their efficacy and I know they work. I take MSM and glucosamine and condroitin. When I don’t take it my joints start to hurt and I can’t do the rigorous exercise I normally do. I started taked flaxseed oil and ground flaxseed. My dry eye condition disappeared. Actually the optamologist couldn’t believe it and started recommending flaxseed to patients. I do believe you need to give your liver a break and go a couple days without them. Is this a placebo effect? Is my belief they will work driving their effectiveness? Belief systems are powerful. I do believe you can produce powerful results if you believe you can. What do you think?

Let's forget vitamins for a second… Beliefs drive your daily life… Religion, goals, health, etc. Let's take goals. If you really believe a goal you set is attainable, benifits you, and set this goal for a purpose, you will attain it. You see it happening and can reach for it…

Beliefs do produce results as long as they are understood by you and you live by them.
